- Choose a Survey, and fill it out. Most time it is a Survey where you just have to enter some information (make it look valid or the file won't unlock). Some countries only have Mobile/Cellphone Survey. (you won't get charged money, it is FREE!)
- After you have filled out the survey your download should unlock if you have entered valid information. If not, try it again with another survey.
